A Green Day!

At the food market the scent of some bunches of Green Basil call me.

I have enough time for lunch today, ok… let’s buy some basil and make the green sauce with gnocchi.

Parmigiano cheese, pecorino, pinenuts, garlic, olive oil…yes, I have all the ingredients!

Mortar, pestle and my green basil. The scent fills the room. Pesto sauce is ready!
