Genoa cooking class: focaccia and cheese focaccia

Discover the culinary traditions of the Genoese focaccia!

Our local culinary expert will welcome you to her home, in Genoa historical town, to learn the secrets of the real Genoese focaccia and the cheese focaccia typical from Recco.

You’ll learn how to prepare the focaccia dough, which flour use, till the right way to cook focaccia so that it has the perfect typical scent! Meanwhile, the focaccia is brewing, you’ll learn to make another typical Ligurian recipe. At the end of your class, you’ll taste what you have prepared accompanied by local wine.
