You will learn how to prepare hand-made pasta and the traditional pesto sauce from Enrica. She has turned her passion into a job becoming one of the most popular Ligurian food writers and photographers. You will not only learn the recipe but you will also understand the history behind each ingredient and the gastronomic traditions of the area. With great professionalism and passion, Enrica will welcome you into her home with a beautiful kitchen with a traditional marble sink and a large terrace from which you will enjoy a magnificent view of Genoa from above.
At the end of the lesson, you will taste what you have prepared, sitting all together around a table set with style. It will be a truly unique experience that will allow you to create meaningful connections with local people and to learn about local culture through food.
