Meet a local producer, take a walk in the olive grove and have a special picnic tasting with homemade specialties. Private tour
Immersed in the magic of an enchanting landscape of the hills of the Lunigiana area, near La Spezia, you will meet a small and excellent producer of extra virgin olive oil and honey who will open the doors of his farm to you.
You will take a relaxing walk among the olive groves, learn the processing phases, and know how to taste the products accompanied by a certified taster.
At the end of the tour, in this wonderful countryside atmosphere, you will have light lunch with a typical cozy picnic in which you will find some delicious local products, such as cheeses, bruschetta with sauces, cured meat, olives in brine and DOC wine. Finally, your host will cook for you a special recipe, called the “scherpada” pie which is a tasting traditional dish.
