Portofino

Portofino, with its handful of pastel color houses set around the Piazzetta, is the home of Italian style Dolce Vita. Glittering boutiques, villas, and VIP yachts are the  glamorous side of Portofino but it still preserves its amazing wild side since the village is the center of Portofino National park and Marine reserve. Hiking is one of the best ways to explore this area along with other outdoor activities such as kayaking and snorkeling.

Together with Portofino there are other picturesque villages such as Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure, San Fruttuoso, Sestri Levante and Chiavari, where you can find a strong tradition of fishermen and artisans who work in the same manner as the generations that came before..

And what about the extraordinary culinary tradition of this region? You can’t miss the Focaccia di Recco or the Pansotti stuffed pasta! You’ll also want to taste oil and wine made in Portofino in the panoramic terraced garden of a local producer.

We experience the joys of these places every day and deeply know the region, with all of its hidden spots and incredible people. We want  our guests to discover the  beauty of this destination beyond a standard guidebook experience.
