Arriving in Savona you will be captured by the imposing fortress “Priamar”, a 16th century complex built as a military presidium from Genoa Republic that today is an important cultural centre for the city.

This little town is appreciated as a holiday resort, and for its ceramics and majolica.
The Albisola ceramic is famous, above all, for its lovely characteristic color white and blue, known as “Antico Savona”.
After a short walking along the “Artists Sea Promenade” (a unique opera in Europe), you will enter a ceramics craft shop and you will see how the traditional forms and decorations are created.
In the historical center of Savona you can visit the art gallery “pinacoteca civica”.
