SINGLE-DAY TOURS AND EXPERIENCES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Product Description:
Single-day tours or experiences. For multi-day tours including or not including the accommodation, different conditions apply. Please refer to our Multi-day trips terms and conditions.
BeautifuLiguria offers a variety of tours/itineraries and activities (outdoor tours, Wine&Food experiences, culture tours, cooking classes, walking tours, wine tasting and much more) pre-planned and constantly updated and designed.
BeautifuLiguria guarantees always a high level of quality, and professionalism taking you away from cold and impersonal tours. Our day tours, activities and experiences include everything that is noted in the tour program. Any other extra service which is not included in the private day tour can be required and is subject to additional expenses.
Not included are the following items, besides the ones expressed in the specific program: airfare to/from Italy, travel insurance, baggage handling, meals other than as specified in your itinerary, gratuities and any other personal/optional and incidental expenses.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept payments via wire transfer or credit card (adding the credit card commission fee)
Full payment is due at the moment of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund until 31 days before the date of the tour.

No shows are not-refundable.
Banking fees are not included in the refund.
Boat tours cancellation policy
Due to extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances, acts of force majeure such as bad weather/sea conditions, etc, BeautifuLIguria and its collaborators reserve the right in their only and total discretion to change or cancel boat tours. If the boat tour is canceled due to bad weather or sea conditions, you will receive a full refund.
Important notes:
You  must  be  in  good  physical  condition  to participate to all our tours and experiences.
You must be able to sustain extended walking and standing, as well as uphill and downhill climbing, among other physical activities.
All our tours and experiences are not suitable for people with physical or mental disabilities.
Guests must advise BeautifuLiguria about food allergies or dietary restrictions before booking day tours. BeautifuLiguria assumes no liability for any problem occurred if guests don’t communicate this information.
Due to extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances, acts of force majeure (strikes, road conditions, bad weather/sea conditions, etc), BeautifuLIguria and its collaborators reserve the right in their only and total discretion to change or cancel day tours, without allowance of refund (except for boat tours as explained above).

Photography during your trip: BeautifuLiguria might take photographs and videos of guests during the trip and use them for promotional purposes (i.e. website and social media). Travelers agree to allow their image to be used for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer their image not be used are asked to advise BeautifuLiguria before or during the trip writing an email at info@beautifuliguria.com

Limits and liability:
By booking any experience/tour, the client agrees that BeautifuLiguria and its collaborators assumes no liability for any loss, injury or damage to a person or property, or otherwise any connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other service, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of co-travelers, suppliers, nature, or dangers, delays, cancellations, and incidents, related to the sea or weather conditions, health related problems before, after, or during the tour, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of BeautifuLiguria or for loss or damage resulting from insufficient, or improperly issued passports, visas or other documents, and that BeautifuLiguria assumes no liability sustained or incurred by a tour member as a result of any foreign causes and is not liable for defaults or breach of contract of those persons, suppliers, or companies not directly under the control of BeautifuLiguria.
The contract is governed by Italian law and in case of dispute that we can not settle amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian court.
