Why choose it

Day 1 – Welcome to Cinque Terre!

Today is your arrival day! Benvenuto! Check-in at your boutique accommodation and slow down.

For dinner, we can book you a table in one of our preferred restaurants. Overnight in Cinque Terre.

Day 2 – Explore the Cinque Terre villages with your expert private guide

This morning one of our selected private guides will pick you up at the hotel and accompany you for a special walking tour of the Cinque Terre villages.

All of the Cinque Terre villages are pedestrian and you will walk along narrow alleys, cozy little squares and secret corners where you’ll be able to take great pictures.

You will visit Monterosso with a romantic walk to the Capuchin monastery, Vernazza with its quintessential fishing harbor, Corniglia, perched on a cliff but with a country atmosphere; you will walk among the vineyards of Manarola and take a stroll in Riomaggiore with its cluster of colorful houses.

Exploring Cinque Terre with a private guide will make you feel like a local, away from mass tourism and large groups. Overnight in Cinque Terre

Day 3 – Discover Portovenere and its islands by boat

Today you will discover a hidden gem of the Italian Riviera, very close to Cinque Terre, the gorgeous village of Portovenere.

Reach La Spezia with a short train ride. Here you will hop on a fast motorboat to start an amazing tour of the Gulf of Poets and its islands.

You’ll admire the impressive cliffs, grottos, and fortresses of this beautiful stretch of coast loved by poets and writers such as Byron and Shelley. You will navigate around the beautiful islands Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto and reach the amazing village of Portovenere where you will disembark.

Take a stroll in the village overlooking the water, still completely surrounded by walls. Reach St. Peter church, perched on a cliff and the ancient castle from where you will enjoy a unique view. Take your time for a typical lunch in one of the nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

In the afternoon you will go back to La Spezia by motorboat and from there, back to Cinque Terre by train. Overnight in Cinque Terre.

Day 4 – Fall under the spell of Tuscany: Bagno Vignoni and its thermal water

Today you’ll say goodbye to the Cinque Terre and head to Tuscany.

In about 3 hours drive you will reach the unique village of Bagno Vignoni a handful of houses built centuries ago around the thermal bath of Roman origin. The so-called “water square” is still nowadays the center of this amazing village.

Your romantic boutique hotel is just a few steps away from the hot source and will make you feel like jumping back in time, with all the modern comforts, of course.

Relax after the trip and prepare yourself to enjoy your first Tuscan dinner in a nice restaurant close to the hotel or spend the evening in the relaxing thermal pool of the local spa. Overnight in Tuscany

Day 5 – Discover the perfect towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico D’Orcia

Today you will be immersed in the quintessence of the Tuscan landscape. Sweet rolling hills dotted with cypress trees, vineyards, and ancient farmhouses.

With your expert guide, you will discover the perfect city of Pienza, designed as the ideal city of the Renaissance time. Montepulciano with its medieval alleys, its incredible monuments, and its traditional shops will leave you speechless. And then San Quirico, still surrounded by walls that enclose magnificent buildings but also delicious wine bars where you can taste the famous local wines. During the tour you will be welcomed by a wine producer, visit his winery and have a special wine tasting.

If you are an active person, we suggest you try an amazing tour with e-bikes around the Val D’Orcia hills. Overnight in Tuscany.

Day 6 – Visit Siena and learn to prepare traditional recipes

Today the magnificent Siena awaits you. Medieval towers, magnificent buildings, the splendid Duomo and the famous Piazza del Campo where the famous Palio is held every year. Thanks to your insider you will immerse yourself in the fascinating history of this city. But we believe that food also has many stories to tell. In fact, you will be welcomed in a cozy family-run restaurant to do a cooking lesson where you will learn some of the most famous Tuscan recipes. After the lesson, relax with a delicious lunch. Overnight in Tuscany.
