Day 1 – Welcome to Piedmont Unesco hills

Welcome to Italy! Your driver will pick you up at Milan airport and transfer to the Langhe area in Piedmont.

Check-in at your boutique hotel and prepare yourself for a tasting dinner that will immerse you in Piedmont flavors.

Overnight in the Langhe area

Day 2 – Enjoy the Langhe hills and their food and wine. Learn Local recipes

Panoramic tour in the Barbaresco wine area, along with the Unesco World heritage vineyard landscapes. During the tour, you will visit a well-known wine cellar in the Barbaresco area with tasting.

Then you will meet a small traditional cheese producer: and taste lunch with the cheesemaker.

Later in the afternoon, a short transfer to experience a local cookery course in a small and familiar cooking school.

Preparation of a traditional menu to discover the roots of our local food & wine culture, picking up some of the secrets behind the flavors and ingredients from an expert cook, alongside magical ways of combining them to create the dishes of the Langhe and Roero in order to take a part of our land back home forever.

After the course, dinner with the dishes prepared to toast to the wine &food valley. Back to your accommodation by the driver.

Day 3 – Live la Dolce Vita in Portofino

Transfer to Santa Margherita, in the Italian Riviera (about 2,5 hours drive).

Check-in at your elegant hotel.

In the afternoon start living the special Dolce Vita atmosphere with a guided visit of Santa Margherita and Portofino.

Dinner in a typical restaurant in Santa Margherita.

Overnight in Santa Margherita Ligure.

Day 4– Fall under the spell of Genoa's authentic charm

Today your local insider will make you discover Genoa’s medieval historical center with its ancient food and artisans shops.

Then you will be welcomed in a noble Renaissance palace where our traditional food expert will teach you to prepare the famous PESTO sauce made with mortar and pestle.

In the end, you will enjoy what you have prepared sipping local wine.

Overnight in Santa Margherita Ligure.

Day 5 – Explore the picturesque Cinque Terre villages

A full day to immerse yourself in the picturesque atmosphere of the Cinque Terre accompanied by your local insider (a guide with a minimum of 4 people otherwise visit on their own).

You will explore the 5 fishing villages and stop for lunch in a lovely restaurant to taste local specialties.

Transportation by train.

Overnight in Santa Margherita Ligure.

Day 6 – Toward Parma with a special cooking class

Enjoy the morning to relax by the sea or do some shopping in Santa Margherita.

In the early afternoon, private transfer to Parma where you will enjoy a special cooking class* where will learn to prepare the famous Tortelli stuffed pasta and other local specialties and have a delicious dinner.

Day 7 – Immerse yourself in the Emilian Romagna flavors: parmesan, ham and balsamic vinegar 

Discover the treasures of the Italian Food Valley: visit a diary producing Parmigiano Reggiano, a historical “acetaia” where you will learn the secrets of balsamic vinegar and a producer of the famous Prosciutto di Parma. During the tour* you will taste local specialties in a lovely “trattoria”

Day 8 – Explore Parma

Morning at disposal to explore the magnificent historic center of Parma and maybe do some shopping.

At lunch, you will be welcomed in a traditional restaurant.
